Tomorrow August 25, our dream of opening Troy Hofer Elementary becomes a reality. Our staff was allowed in the building on August 20 and have spent a tremendous amount of hours the past five days preparing our school for the students. The classrooms look fantastic!

We will not have access to the library and the music room for a few days.

Our gym should be completed by September 15. We believe the biggest concern the first few days of school will be the traffic before and after school. Parents will not be allowed inside the school at the beginning of our first day unless they have not yet registered their children. Students will be lined up at their respective entrances and then proceed to their team areas, where the teachers will divide them into their classes. Our Meet and Greet is scheduled for after school from 10:35-11:30.

Please be patient as we work through the before and after school procedures. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Walkers/bus riders will be dismissed at 3:02 and vehicle riders will be dismissed at 3:05. The Shorewod Police Department will help us with traffic flow the first few days of school.
